MedSpa Stack is founded and overseen by Ahmad Ibrahim, DO, a medical director of med spas. Most listings are unpaid catalog entries assembled from public vendor pages. They exist because the product is software a cash-pay clinic might buy, not because the vendor paid. Dr. Ibrahim does not manually verify every entry. The method is on the How we list tools page.

When a company pays for placement, the card says Sponsored. A sponsorship does not rewrite the pricing line, the HIPAA note, or the source URL. Those fields still have to match a public vendor page.

The homepage sponsor slot ships unsold. The dollar amounts on the sponsor page are placeholders, not a published rate card.

Outbound links go to the vendor. They are not affiliate links unless a future page says so. If an affiliate relationship is added, that page will say the relationship exists and the link will be marked.

Comparison order is a reading order for scanning options. It is not a ranking, a test, or a claim that one product books more patients or produces better clinical results. A Doctor’s pick is personally selected by Dr. Ibrahim, marked Not paid, and is not a clinical endorsement. This site does not give medical advice.

Vendor pages change. Each listing has a last-verified date. If a price or compliance sentence looks stale, trust the source URL over this page and send a correction.
