How we list tools
MedSpa Stack is founded and overseen by Ahmad Ibrahim, DO, a medical director of med spas. He does not manually verify every entry.
Listings come from public vendor information: a product site, a pricing page, and any public sentence about HIPAA or a business associate agreement. A price is quoted only when the vendor publishes it. Otherwise the field says contact for pricing. A HIPAA or BAA note is recorded only when the vendor states it. Otherwise the status is unknown. Integrations are names printed on the source page. The site does not invent pricing, features, or compliance claims, and it does not make clinical efficacy claims.
An automated research system keeps the directory current. It reads those public pages, writes the listing, and sets the last-verified date to the day the page was checked. Listings are reviewed periodically. A last-verified date means the public page was checked. It does not mean Ahmad Ibrahim, DO opened that vendor site himself.
Only picks labeled Doctor’s pick are personally selected by Dr. Ibrahim. Those picks are marked Not paid. They are not a clinical endorsement, a ranking, or a claim that a product books more patients or improves care.
Everything else is a catalog entry. Inclusion means the product is software a cash-pay aesthetic practice might buy, assembled from public sources. It is not a personal recommendation.
Paid placements are separate and labeled Sponsored. See the advertising disclosure.
